1.  Must meet all USDA # 1 standards or be subject to processor discounts.
2.  Grower to plant contracted acres with certified Vistive seed only and retain receipts with GPCI Vistive soybean contract number on the seed order.
3.  Vistive soybean premium of 40 cents over GPCI Tolono Elevator's after harvest bid FOB the growers bin less a trucking adjustment for farm pickup if needed.  

4. Buyers call Delivery period from November 1, 2008 through September 30th 2009.

5.  Shipment must be set when contract is written for on farm pick up.
6.  All Company pricing option are available for Vistive contracted acres.

7.  Producer must take steps to insure that the Vistive soybeans will be pure

         a) By not planting in a field where volunteer soybeans may containate the Vistive soybean crop

         b) By making sure the planter is clean before planting.

         c)  By isolating the field form other soybeans or harvest a 60 foot buffer strip.

         d) By making sure all harvest equipment is clean and flushed.

         e)  By making sure all wagons or trucks used to transport the Vistive soybeans are clean.

          f) By making sure the sorage bin, unloading, and loading equipment have been cleaned.   y making sure the planter is clean before planting
