1. Must meet all USDA #1 standards or be subject to elevator discounts
2. Must have less then 0.2% corn and (GM) 0.5% maximum.
3.  NON-GMO premium over elevators bid $1.40-cent harvest delivery premium
     & $1.50-cent after harvest.
4. Grower to plant contracted acres with certified NON-GMO seed and retain receipts.
5. A 20 ft. border rrow physically separating NON-GMO from other GM grain is required.
6. All pricing options available on NON-GMO Soybeans.
7. Delivery must be set when contract is written.
8.  Exhibit -A NON-GMO certification to be filled out and returned by August 31st.
9.  Retain sample og grain delivered to elevator for one year.
10.Because Premier Cooperative will have to be able to ship the NON-GMO soybeans
      on a buyers call basis non storage will be allowed. If the NON-GMO soybeans are not sold at the time of delivery they must go on a Priced Later COntract.
11. Premier Cooperative will pay a $0.25 per bushel early sign up bonus to Grower who sign a NON-GMO Soybean Production agreement on or before January 15th 2010
